Still reeling from the shock of commercial brands being included in the 080 line-up, and to add insult to injury, TCN was the brand in charge of opening the event proceedings on Tuesday. It was the first time that we got to see the spectacular setting of the University venue for this new edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion, which completely eclipsed the bland TCN proposals. Spectacular to say the least, the setting manages to make 080 seem like an important fashion event.

080 Barcelona Fashion – Second Day or Why Do Some Not Know What Show They’re Lining Up To See?

The sun decided to shine bright and steady for the second day of 080 Barcelona Fashion. The disconcerting thing was the amount of people that asked me what designer was showing next. This was in the press queue and the same questions were being asked in the visitors’ queue.

Once again, it is fashion week here in Barcelona and at a strange time of the year. During a period that is usually reserved for pre-collection and cruise collection shows internationally, the city has decided to stage the spring – summer 2011 edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion.

080 Barcelona Fashion – Last Day

Yesterday was the last day of 080 Fashion Barcelona. It has been a great three days, although the organization was ever more frazzled as the days went by. It was quite a monumental task to take photos due to the lovely Elizabeth Jagger strutting down the catwalk for Krizia Robustella and Tramando.
