Jean Paul Gaultier – From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk at Fundación Mapfre in Madrid

I can barely believe it! The news has been confirmed! In 2012 (yes, it’s still a long way to go) the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition – From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk, currently in Montreal’s Museum of Fine Arts, will be in Madrid’s Fundación Mapfre. I double-checked with MMFA’s press office and they very kindly reconfirmed the news. Upon talking with Fundación Mapfre, they were quite tight-lipped, but they did say there will be a Yves Saint Laurent exhibition opening soon. I wonder which exhibition it will be, as there have been several different ones over the years.

Eonnagata

I’m not much of a dance person, I much prefer theatre and expositions of all kinds but I was drawn to Eonnagata. During the past 4 days and forming part of the annual, summer Grec Festival, this spectacular production could be seen at the Teatreonnagatae Nacional de Catalunya (TNC).
