Hello to 2012 in Portugal

I know 2012 has now been with us for almost two weeks, but I haven’t had any time to recapitulate, rewind and wish you all a Happy New Year yet. I don’t know about the rest of you, many, if not almost everyone I know, is chalking 2011 as one of the worst years ever. I know it was for me. So many struggles, disappointments and personal battles. I’ve been ignoring my past for too long and it decided to blazingly install itself in my present, issues that need to be dealt with.

When You Press so Hard it Hurts

This past Wednesday was awful, a really horrible day. First I had a run-in with the “lovely” folks at the Canadian consulate regarding my passport renewal. It’s so impressive when you come in contact with people who just don’t give a shit. Also, a friend of mine has been carted off to the hospital due to liver complications. Then there is the stacks of work to get done before the end of the year. So, my stress levels were pretty high by the time I went for my second Grinberg session with Charlotte.
